Less than 10 minutes from both the Heber Valley and Park City Main Street, Deer Crest is the premiere ski-oriented community in the United States with private trails that directly access Deer Valley Resort. This permits community members preferred and ideal access to some of the best ski terrain. Additionally, the St. Regis hotel resides within the community offering members both premiere dining but also access to further amenities. During the summer month, the area offers countless opportunities for recreation with hiking, cycling, world class fishing and water recreation.

Responsibilities and Goals
Provide a safe environment for owners, guests and visitors
Inspect and maintain the infrastructure including bridges, tunnels, wire walls etc.
Inspect and maintain the roadways including oversight of snow removal and road repair
Maintain the HOA operating budget
Maintain common areas including landscaping and noxious weed control
Coordinate with residential and commercial construction managers
Coordinate HOA meetings
Maintain hiking, biking and ski trails
Conduct snowmaking operations on the D C ski trails
Conduct grooming operations on DC ski trails including groomer maintenance
Provide Ski Patrol services on DC ski trails
Oversee and assist with gatehouse operations
Provide relevant information about Deer Crest to the homeowners

Help to provide a safe, secure environment for owners, guests and visitors
Monitor vehicles seeking access through the gates and allow in only authorized
Assist in disbursement of information for entrants onto the property
Assist in keeping homeowners and/or their property managers informed about issues affecting their Deer Crest property
Accurately report and log any problem with facilities, areas, guests or anything concerning the development
Provide the best service possible through training or personal skills
